Dr Dona Reddiar
Dona manages scientific training programmes at the Franklin, and works with colleagues to ensure that the new PhD programme and other training initiatives for scientists are world class. She is passionate about evolving the careers of early-career scientists beyond the ‘academia or industry’ rhetoric.
Prior to this role, Dona coordinated training programmes at MRC Harwell, and helped prepare for the new Advance training centre. She completed her PhD at University of Nottingham, as part of her background in communicable diseases and immunological responses.
