Darshana joined the Franklin as a Finance Manager on a 12 months contract while Lauren is focusing on the new finance system . She is responsible for the day to day management of the finance team, assisting with budget management and preparation of accounts and statutory reporting.

As an AAT qualified and part ACCA qualified (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), Darshana brings over 8 years’ of financial experience from a number of SME organisations, along with recent experience in a not for profit sector.
