Dr Katarzyna Kowalczyk

Senior Postdoctoral Scientist

Kasia obtained her MSc in Medical Biotechnology at the Jagiellonian University, Poland and then moved to the UK to pursue PhD studies in Cell Biology at University of Manchester. During this time she became fascinated by the possibilities offered by proteomics. Soon after that she moved to Oxford to work as a post-doctoral associate at the Department of Biochemistry. In that period Kasia improved her skills in biochemistry and data analysis. Now Kasia is joining the Rosalind Franklin team to work as a senior post-doctoral scientist in Mechanistic Proteomics.
