Dr Leonardo Kleebauer

Postdoctoral Research Associate, University of Oxford

Leo is a visiting researcher at the Franklin and a postdoctoral research associate from the University of Oxford involved in developing novel methods for site selective modification of proteins to probe function in biological systems (with Professor Ben Davis and Professor Véronique Gouverneur).

Leo received his BSc and MSc from the Free University Berlin and done his PhD with Professor Roderich D. Süssmuth at the Technical University of Berlin focusing on the SAR studies of bioactive peptide natural products.
