Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer

Fay is the Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer. She has been a Board level Executive Assistant for over 12 years, with experience in supporting C level Directors. As part of these roles, she has gained experience in project, event, finance and office management. Her experience was gained in private and public sector, and various from services from Sales, Hospitality, and Support Services. Prior to joining the Franklin she worked as EA to Directors for ilke Homes, a start-up company for Modular Housing. She speaks three languages, Arabic, English and Aramaic.
