After leaving school, Niaz qualified as an Accountant with the Oxford Co-Operative but soon after joining Blackwells realised his career was in IT and reskilled.

He joins us from Oxford Analytica with 25+ years of IT experience including working at local firms Oxis Energy and Henmans Solicitors.

Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family, playing cricket and providing IT support to a local school.
