Victoria Garcia-Giner

Postdoctoral Research Associate

Victoria is a postdoctoral researcher in Dr. Michael Grange’s group focusing on the development of correlative workflows using electron and light microscopy for the understanding of neurodegenerative diseases in model organisms.

She graduated with a BSc in Chemistry from Universitat de València, Spain, and moved to Imperial College London for her MSc in Biomedical Engineering (Biomaterials). During her doctoral research at the same institution, she explored the structural and biochemical effects of airborne pollution on human epithelial lung cells, employing various correlative techniques, including electron microscopy, x-ray, and fluorescence microscopy
