Tibor is a Senior Research Software Engineer with a focus on research informatics and data science.
He has a background in medicine (MD) and clinical neuroscience (PhD), and he has extensive experience in applying and evaluating various in vivo magnetic resonance methods. He has conducted full-stack research in different academic settings and optimised whole neuroimaging data workflows, from collection to processing and storage.
He is a leading contributor to reproducible and scalable neuroimaging analysis and intervention tools, such as Automatic Analysis, ReproStat, and OpenNFT, and he participates in global data harmonisation efforts, including the Brain Imaging Data Structure and the Neuroimaging Data Model.
