Dr Botao Hao

Botao is joining us as a Postdoctoral Researcher and will be working on developing advanced electron microscopy and diffraction methods to study molecular condensates. Before this, he completed his DPhil in Materials at the University of Oxford, followed by a year as a postdoctoral researcher in Oxford. He then spent two years as a postdoctoral researcher at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory in the United States. Outside of work, Botao enjoys travelling and exploring new places. He is also a fan of pool, football and basketball, and enjoys spending time outdoors whenever the British weather allows.
